I was contracted by Flock of Pixels to work with their client, American Express, to design a document to help their merchants think through their end-to-end touchless payments strategy. I worked in concert with creative director Justin Katz of Flock of Pixels and writer Arlyn Stotts, beginning with the outline of the document, advising the team on visual approaches as the copy came together.
